CONSOLAB - Removal Efficiency

Testing Group : Consolidated Laboratory (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Purpose of Testing : Determine the removal efficiency of Diamond Health Water System against polluted water.

Method of Test : Highly polluted waste water was filtered through the Diamond Health Water System. Measurements were done before and after the process.

Result : More than 99% of Residual Chlorine, heavy metals and bacteria were removed. The 6.05mg/L of Lead (about 120 times higher than WHO Guidelines) found in polluted water was cleared away. Coliform, which was found as high as 1.1x 10⁶ cfu/ml (1,000,000 times higher than WHO Guidelines) before filtering, was discarded completely. After filtering, the highly acidic water pH of 1.9 was adjusted to pH 6.7 and was suitable for drinking. All the organic compounds found in polluted water were no longer detected after the filtration, demonstrating and organic compound removal efficiency of over 99%.

29th International Exhibition of Inventions, New Techniques and Products, Geneva Gold Medal and Special Jury Award - 2001

Out of the 406 innovations and patented inventions from 54 different countries worldwide presented at the Brussels Eureka 51st World Exhibition of Innovation, Research and New Technology 2002 in Belgium, DIAMOND Health Water System was the only water filtration system to walk away with two major awards: the Gold Medal in the Daily Utilities category and the ICEPEC or special Jury award.

Malaysia Institute for Nuclear Technology (MINT)

Testing Group : Malaysia Institute for Nuclear Technology Research

Purpose of Testing : Evaluate capability of Diamond Health Water System in filtering radioactive water

Method of Test : Both tap water with and without radiative elements added were filtered through the Diamond Health Water System. Measurements were done before and after the process. The readings for the four water samples are shown in the table :

1. Tap water - Unfiltered (α=0.08)

2. Tap water - filtered (α=0.04)

3. Tap water with radioactive - unfiltered (α=6.78)

(Level of pollution was about 84 times of normal tap water)

4. Radioactive tap water - filtered (α=0.06)

Result : Comparison between sample 3 and 4 verified that, the filtering process had successfully removed over 99% of the radioactive elements from polluted tap water with 84 times higher than normal radioactivity. The radioactive contents of sample 4 was far lower than the maximum allowance (α=0.10 ; β=1.00) of the Malaysian National Guidelines for Drinking Watef Quality, and was completely safe & drinking.

Diamond Water Molecule Cluster Size

Testing Group : PROBE Analytical (Australia)

Purpose of Test : Determine Molecule Cluster Size of Diamond Health Water and Tap Water

Method of Testing : The Diamond Health Water and tap water were analysed through an oxygen - 17 NMR on a Bruker AC250 NMR Spectrometer. Linewidth of the water peak was measured at half height (W1/2) to determine molecule cluster size. Unit of measurement was shown in Hertz (Hz). A smaller value meant a smaller size in molecule clusters.

Result : Diamond Health Water showed 56 Hz in (W1/2), while tap water was 120 Hz. Thus proving that molecule cluster in Diamond Health Water was half the size of tap water.
